Features

  • One register

Property, funds, companies, art, vehicles, bank accounts and debt in one place.

  • Your share of each

Every holding keeps its own currency and is shown at the share you own.

  • Sources you can check

Open a figure to see how it was made and where it came from.

How it works

  1. 01

    Attach the document

A title deed, insurance, trust deed, tax, valuation, identity or contract document, as PDF, PNG or JPEG. The file type is checked from its content, not its name.

  2. 02

    Set an expiry date

A reminder appears in the notification bell as the date approaches, and again when it has passed.

  3. 03

    Open it briefly

A file opens through a link that expires after sixty seconds, and every opening is written to an access log.

  4. 04

    Decide who sees what

Co-owners see a document unless you mark it owner-only. A share to a spouse or an advisor is read-only, limited to the modules you pick, and can be ended at any time.

What it does not do yet

  1. 01

    No legacy access yet.

There is no inactivity check, no emergency contact and no hand-over of access to heirs. None of it is built.

  2. 02

    No beneficiary field per asset.

Opes records documents and ownership percentages. It does not record who should receive an asset.

  3. 03

The vault starts at the Pro level.

The Documents tab is shown from the Pro level up. Levels are a display choice today: nothing is locked.

Verifiable

What is in place, stated plainly.

  1. 01Signing in with a password needs a second step: an authenticator app or a passkey.
  2. 02Each person's records are separated from everyone else's at database level.
  3. 03Shares, advisors and the AI connector are read-only.
  4. 04Each headline figure says where it comes from: calculated, a price feed, a document, or typed by you.
  5. 05No independent audit yet. See what is and is not in place.

A common question

Does it connect to my bank?

Not yet. You upload statements or type figures, and confirm a preview.

Who can see my data?

You, and only the people you share with, read-only. Opes is not end-to-end encrypted, so Opes can read stored data to total it and read statements. Opes does not sell your data.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free covers accounts, holdings, property and goals, with no card. Paid levels open later.
