Multi-asset register
Every kind of asset, in one register.
Property, funds, companies, art, vehicles, cash and debt in one register.
Features
One register
Property, funds, companies, art, vehicles, bank accounts and debt in one place.
Your share of each
Every holding keeps its own currency and is shown at the share you own.
Sources you can check
Open a figure to see how it was made and where it came from.
How it works
- 01
Add an asset
Search first, then fill only the fields your level shows. Each class has its own fields: a property has a deed, a fund has calls, a vehicle has a model.
- 02
Record who owns it
Set ownership by percentage. Co-owners and companies can hold a share; the dashboard shows your share or the full value.
- 03
Choose how to read it
View as yourself, as a family or overall, and display everything in one currency while each asset keeps its own.
- 04
Read the total
Net worth is assets less debts. Where a figure cannot be computed, the screen says so and names what is missing.
What it does not do yet
- 01
No live bank or broker connection yet.
Balances come from statements and files you upload, or from figures you type. A bank-connect flow exists in a test environment only.
- 02
Some market values are typed.
Property values and fund net asset values are entered by you. Listed securities, crypto, metals and exchange rates come from live feeds.
- 03
Records and reports, not advice.
Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a forecast of return.
Verifiable
What is in place, stated plainly.
- 01Signing in with a password needs a second step: an authenticator app or a passkey.
- 02Each person's records are separated from everyone else's at database level.
- 03Shares, advisors and the AI connector are read-only.
- 04Each headline figure says where it comes from: calculated, a price feed, a document, or typed by you.
- 05No independent audit yet. See what is and is not in place.
A common question
Does it connect to my bank?
Not yet. You upload statements or type figures, and confirm a preview.
Who can see my data?
You, and only the people you share with, read-only. Opes is not end-to-end encrypted, so Opes can read stored data to total it and read statements. Opes does not sell your data.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers accounts, holdings, property and goals, with no card. Paid levels open later.
