Income and cash flow
What is due and what is coming in, month by month.
Rent, loans, calls and dividends on one calendar, and a forward ledger.
Built and tested; not yet seen on real data.
Features
One register
Property, funds, companies, art, vehicles, bank accounts and debt in one place.
Your share of each
Every holding keeps its own currency and is shown at the share you own.
Sources you can check
Open a figure to see how it was made and where it came from.
How it works
- 01
Dates come from the records
Rent schedules, loan terms, call notices and dividends carry their own dates in the records they come from.
- 02
Read the calendar
Three views, a multi-year page and a day-by-day view show what is due and what has been paid, with a what-if for a change you are considering.
- 03
Look ahead across classes
The forward ledger puts every class on one view of twelve to thirty-six months, and each month equals the figure on the page it comes from.
- 04
Check it against cash
The bank-cash position counts paid items once, so a rent already received is not counted a second time.
What it does not do yet
- 01
The forecast follows last year.
The dividend forecast is based on last year's payments. No feed of dividends or corporate actions is connected.
- 02
Not a live bank feed.
Amounts come from statements and records you add. Live bank connections are not in production.
- 03
Alerts are opt-in.
Alerts about large transactions, stale prices, expiring documents, allocation drift and loan resets are off until you switch each one on.
Verifiable
What is in place, stated plainly.
- 01Signing in with a password needs a second step: an authenticator app or a passkey.
- 02Each person's records are separated from everyone else's at database level.
- 03Shares, advisors and the AI connector are read-only.
- 04Each headline figure says where it comes from: calculated, a price feed, a document, or typed by you.
- 05No independent audit yet. See what is and is not in place.
A common question
Does it connect to my bank?
Not yet. You upload statements or type figures, and confirm a preview.
Who can see my data?
You, and only the people you share with, read-only. Opes is not end-to-end encrypted, so Opes can read stored data to total it and read statements. Opes does not sell your data.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers accounts, holdings, property and goals, with no card. Paid levels open later.
